Meditation
We have in-person meditation practice sessions every Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at the Redding Center. Our Wednesday program is virtual so you can join by Zoom.
To join us on Zoom, you’ll need at least a free Zoom account and the Zoom software installed on your desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please make sure your microphone is muted when you join the sessions.
